Cant install program into my phone.

I have the sprint samsung moment google phone and when i upgraded my phone software i lost the application.  I am trying to reinstall the app into my phone and when I use my scanner to scan the QR it does not list it nor is it in the market.     PLEASE HELP

On the studydroid home page there's a link to the apk file (http://studydroid.com/releases/sStudyDroid.apk)
just load this on your device, enable installation from unknown sources in your settings and open the file (for example you can browse it using "ES File Explorer" from market.) Open it and it will install.
