Sync to Droid? How?

How do you sync w a motorola Droid phone? There is not an option to sync on the phone menu when the app is running or on the website?

Figured it out:

Click the app, DO NOT click "click me", then click menu on your phone to sync.

The problem is that when you click the app it says "Instructions (click me)". So if you instinctually click that - like anyone would since it says to - and read the instructions it says "press menu to sync" But the sync button is not on the menu from the "Instructions (click me)" screen!! You have to back up to the first screen of the app to sync. Frustrated me for 2 days before I happened to press menu before pressing "click me"!
